1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Online Entry: Email or send a link to a movie, image, or other media file as an attachment to contest@puttyworld.com. Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Mail Entry: Mail a letter via first-class mail in which you provide your name, address, and telephone number to: Sculpture Competition, Crazy Aaron Enterprises, Inc., 125 Conway Ave, Narberth, PA 19072.
All Entries become the property of Crazy Aaron Enterprises, Inc and will not be returned. Limit: 5 entries per individual per year.
2. Contest Period:
The Contest starts on January 1, 2007 at 12:00AM (EST) and ends on December 31, 2007 at 11:59PM (EST). All Mail Entries must be postmarked within this period.
3. Eligibility:
To be eligible to win prizes in the Contest, you must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the 50 states of the United States of America. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees, consultants, and independent contractors employed by Crazy Aaron Enterprises, Inc and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities"), and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
4. Drawing
Winners of the contest will be selected, at the SOLE discretion of Crazy Aaron Enterprises, Inc. and the Contest Entities, from all eligible entries received before December 31st, 2007 and that meet the Contest Period criteria. All decisions by Crazy Aaron Enterprises, Inc are final and binding in all respects on all applicants, and applicants expressly waive all grounds to sue based on the selection process. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Notification
The potential winners will be notified by e-mail and telephone. If the potential winners can not be confirmed within fourteen (14) days of February 15th, 2008, at the email address and telephone number provided, then an alternate potential winner will be selected.
6. Prizes
First Prize: $250 cash or $500 in retail value of Thinking Putty merchandise.
Second Prize: $150 cash or $300 in retail value of Thinking Putty merchandise.
Third Prize: $75 cash or $150 in retail value of Thinking Putty merchandise.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $950.00
PLEASE NOTE: Taxes and all other expenses not identified as included in the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winners. Merchandise Prizes may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash expect at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.
7. General
After initial contact is made via email or telephone as provided in Paragraph Five (5), winners will be notified via certified mail. Winners will be required to execute a Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Releases"). The Releases must be signed and returned within fourteen (14) days of the date printed on the notification letter. Failure to timely execute and return the Releases will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Contest Conditions
This Contest is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Entities and waive any right to claim ambiguitity in the Contest or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants agree that the Contest Entities shall not be responsible or liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participating in this Contest including lawsuits related to the subsequent use of the prizes awarded.
9. Limitations of Liability
Contest Entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed entries resulting from any reason. Contest Entities are also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or entering into the Contest, downloading any material for the Contest or other telecommunications malfunctions. Contest Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or destroy the website is not permitted, and Contest Entities reserve the right to seek any and all remedies permitted under civil or criminal law including, but not limited to, monetary damages, injunctive relief and costs for pursuing such an action (including reasonable attorney's fees).
10. Disclaimers
This Contest is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If any prizes or prize notifications are returned a "undeliverable," an alternate winner will be selected from the list of eligible entries. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use the winner's name, photographs, likenesses, statements, biographical information, voices, and addresses (city and state) for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Contest Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize. The Contest Entities, in their sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant and refuse to award prizes, if entrant engages in any improper conduct. Such improper conduct, includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or prize claim or violating any term or condition stated herin. Entrant agrees that Contest Entities may void any prize that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that the forfeiture of prize(s) and/or return of any prize(s) shall in no way prevent Contest Entities from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct.

For winner information or an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by March 1st, 2008 to: Sculpture Contest, Crazy Aaron Enterprises, Inc., 125 Conway Ave, Narberth, PA 19072. Specify "Rules" or "Winner's List". Winner information available after February 15th, 2008.
